Weekly Challenge (Feb 5-11)

This week the February “Swolemate” Challenge is 100 minutes of plank! Grab your partner and hold plank for a combined 100 minutes this week. If person A holds plank for 2 minutes on day one and person B holds plank for 6 minutes, that’s 8 minutes of plank for the week. You need to combine for 100 minutes this week. Deadline Saturday, Feb 11.

Saturday Clean-Up (Feb 18)

Join us Saturday, February 18 to spruce up the gym! It’s time for a really deep clean and some small maintenance work on the cardio machines to spruce up our non-profit gym.

Class starts at 7:00 a.m. Join us for partner workout Saturday and then stick around to participate in the community clean-up at 8 a.m. We’ll have donuts and coffee for everyone helping.
