Nicole, you are not only an OG at FITT, but part of the 1000 workout club. What keeps you coming back after all of these years? I would have to say, once again, the variety. What brought you to FITT-RX? Over the years I have tried a number of ways to stay/get in shape. I would join a club or small groups. How did you stumble upon FITT-RX? In the spring of 2016 I had a 4 month old daughter, a 2 year old son, and had just quit my job to stay home with my kids. I was new to Elmhurst, didn’t know anyone in the area, and my fitness level was far from par. Read more about Ashlea.

What brought each of you to FITT-RX? Michelle: Jen! I needed to find something different when my feet started having issues and I couldn’t run long distances anymore. Kevin Morrissey

What brought you to FITT-RX in 2016? My cousins, Rob and Katie Martinelli, kept talking about this fitness class they were doing. Prior to that, I was a member at another gym and I tried a few classes with my wife, Joanna, and hated it. What brought you to FITT-RX?I was looking for a place to take prenatal classes when I was pregnant with my second daughter. I started with prenatal training sessions at FITT and then after about a year or so, began attending the Saturday morning TRX class.  Read more about Kim.

You are in great shape for 60 years young. How do you feel about working out in a group setting among all ages and fitness levels? Since joining FITT, how has your healthy lifestyle translated into other fitness goals ? In my time at FITT-RX, which started in the Fall of 2015, I’ve seen huge improvements in my overall strength and fitness level.
