Elite FITTness is a youth program designed specifically for kids ages 12-18. This program is broken into two segments:

Speed and Agility
-concentrate on footwork and quickness with explosive movements
-improve cardio endurance
-strengthen balance and coordination

Strength Training
-proper lifting technique and form to prevent injuries
-muscle endurance and core strength
-personalized encouragement and support
