FITT60126 personal trainers individualize each program to your specific goals, ensuring an effective workout with proper form. We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute options. As well as small group options that will give you that group training feel but you’ll work toward your own specific goals with your personal trainer.  Other training specializations include:

  • Introduction to fitness workshops
  • Youth fitness programs
  • Pre/post natal training
  • Sports team workouts
