Jeff Bryk graduated from Harvard University where he played football and rugby. He has worked in investment banking and trading for the past 20 years.jeff bio

While working towards his MBA in finance at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Jeff considered playing competitive rugby in Chicago but he decided that his knees/brain were too important to injure at that point in his life.  Instead, he decided to train for a marathon with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America.  While raising nearly $6,000, Jeff trained and completed the Dublin, Ireland Marathon in 3 hours, 24 minutes.  Since then, he has finished over 25 marathons.  His goal is to run a marathon in all 50 states.
In addition to running and working out at FITT 60126, Jeff is also passionate about coaching youth sports.  He has coached for many sports organizations in Elmhurst including: AYSO, Elmhurst Eagles, Elmhurst Youth Baseball, Elmhurst YMCA and Elmhurst Youth Lacrosse.  Jeff is currently on the Athletic Board of Immaculate Conception Grade School and is an assistant coach of the JV football program at ICGS.
Jeff enjoys training/coaching both athletes and non-athletes. He is a firm believer in both the physical and mental benefits that exercise can have on the body & mind.
When Jeff isn’t trading or training, he enjoys running with his wife, Katie, or playing/watching sports with his three boys, James, Payton and Will.
